Where to find shoes from Zappos in Canada?
Zappos unfortunetly doesn't ship to Canada and I was looking for some sort of rare pairs of Chuck Taylors which is on Zappos. They are the Jackass edition and black luxe pinstripes and I've been trying to find a retailer that ships to Canada. Is there some sites that you would recommend? Also please don't recommend Foot Locker, etc, as it's not very smart to travel citywide.

Does Zappos have a monopoly on internet shoes or something?
I'm looking for Tsubo shoes and every website leads me to Zappos eventually when I try to buy them. It is insanely frustrating!!!! I simply can't find the shoes any other way and Zappos is ALWAYS out of stock with what I want. Why?
