are there any dental schools other than UOP where you can become a dentist in less than 8 years? i know that uop has it so that you can come out as a dentist in less than 7 years but im interested to find out if there are any other schools [in our out of california] that offer a similar program..
I just visited UOP today to find out about their accelerated pre-dental program. They only look at your math and critical reading scores for SATs. Preferably, you should get 600+ on critical reading. The average scores for the class of 2007 was 1198 (math+ critical reading). Math: 615 and Critical Reading: 583. The avg GPA was 3.46 unweighted so yours is great as of right now (good luck junior yr!) I'm going to be a senior next year and I'm hoping to get into the program as well. Good luck with everything =)
