How do I get back to sbcglobal as a home page?
When I enter my internet i want sbcglobal to pop up.
Log onto sbcglobal
then click on tools
click internet options
The first block is where you set home page
How can I remove sbcglobal completely from my harddrive/ computer?
I know longer have the cd that I installed the program with and I know longer have sbcglobal/at&t. The sign-on browser keeps popping up when i want to sign on somewhere. I can't find it in my programs section. Where else could this be on my computer?
If it's not listed in your control panel under Add or Remove programs try this.........
Click your "start button"
Go to "run" and click on it.
In the box that pops up type in "msconfig"
Click the "startup" tab.
This shows what is running when you are using your Windows.
Look for anything that has to do with SBCglobal. If you see anything that has to do with SBC unclick that box.
Now click "apply" if you found anything there and restart your PC.
When your PC comes back on a box will pop up letting you know you changed your computers configuration. Click the box that tells you not to remind you again.
P.S. All this is reversible so you may want to write down anything that you unclick. By unclicking a box in your msconfig you are stopping a process from running while you have your PC on.
Now see if you still have the SBC sign-on browser.
If all else fails pop in your Windows disc and just reformat your hard drive. Just remember to save anything you want before doing so. I usually burn mine to a disc.

Where do i find out if i have a anti virus checker connected to my vista and sbcglobal account
i have been told by my brother in law that works with computer and he told me there wasone on there
Log into the SBC Global web site
You can download the free software there.
Your will need you user name and password. Call customer service if you need assistance.
