How to void a wireless phone contract without penalty?
I signed up for a wireless phone (Qwest) and wasn't told there was a 2 year contract attached; I never signed anything to that effect. I beleive that I was mislead and would like the contract that I never knew existed void. Qwest is telling me that it will cost $400 to get out of the wireless service. Insights? Thanks.
the only way out of the contract is to move to a place where the don't offer service at then they will let you out but some providers want to see bills

I just got a Moto Q, and it has the sprint logo on it, could I take it to qwest and they can activate it? (I already have a phone account with qwest)
okay well it would have worked before 7.28.08
but now now!
sprint phones would have worked on qwest since prior to that qwest was actually a mobile virtual network operator (mvno) that operated on sprint networks. but not any more.. !
qwest abandoned its mvno and ended contract with sprint. they now act merely as a verizon reseller. so sprint phone will not work on qwest any longer!
