How can i fix a PXE-E61 Media test failure, on my Toshiba laptop? it wont let me get into my compute

Looks like this is a problem w/Toshiba. At this site you may find information regarding this error. Hope this helps.

How can I fix a Toshiba Satellite A205-4777 PXE-E61 Media Test Failure Error?
Every other time I boot up my Toshiba, the operating system (Vista) begins to load. Halfway through the loading process, the bar freezes and the blue screen of death flashes on the screen for less than half a second, then the system restarts and an error message saying "Computer Unable To Start" appears. The computer then tries to fix itself and does a system restore, ultimately allowing me to sign in but wasting around 15-20 minutes fixing itself. Recently, my computer was unable to fix itself, but re-installing from the Toshiba disks fixed this problem, but the computer still is unable to start every other boot. I ran a RAM utility checker and it said "PXE-E61 Media Test Failure Error," followed by a system restart and subsequent "computer unable to start" error. Because I was able to rewrite my HDD completely, I do not believe there is an error in my hard drive. I also tried to fix the BIOS as other people have said, but to no avail; does anyone know if this is a software error or hardware error and how to fix this?

i would say to do a checkdisk and check for bad sectors if you do not find any try changing the ram or leave only one module in (hopefully you have 2) and try it like that if not you might have something damaged internaly i do not think it is a software problem. C
