How do you remove linux ubuntu from pqservice?
I put it on but it won't start up so i wan't to take it off and i don't know how...
and when you start it up you have to choose between vista and linux so i would really like to get that fixed..thank you

Have Acer aspire 5520 notebook. Downgrading Vista>XP at this moment, blue background, white letters.. One more click.. Delete or not? What will happen?
I decided to delete it. And guess what? XP works perfect. It doesn't matter if you are cleaning Vista installing XP. I think that PQSERVICE
is some backup stuff or other kind of support for Vista installed. I think also that it shouldn't be deleted if you plan to reinstall Vista.
DON'T DELETE! If you don't know what will happen, definitly ask Microsoft over the phone. I wouldn't even trust someone over Answers if they said Yes to this question. One wrong answer, and your computer is broken.
how do i burn pqservice to dvd?
hey i have acer aspire 5100 laptop and windows media center on it well before, so i recently tried vista home premium on my laptop also i installed vista but now i wanna downgrade it to factory default. the computer didnt come with eny CD's or dvd's so my only choice is booting from pqservice i cant use alt+ 10 to boot.
so i have to burn the pqservice and i dont know how to do that??
i used acronis disk drector to se the pqservice files and its like almost 5 gig. so what programm do i need if am gonna make bootable DVD's of pqservice. pls provide me info, by step by step. thank u very much!!!!!
I doubt you can burn pqservice to a DVD (for space limitations on a burnable DVD) and have it be bootable, but you can probably copy it to an external HD, and then work with the copy. Try the procedure outlined here: http://www.notebookforums.com/thread137564.html
