Jeep VS K&N(FIPK) Warranty Issues?
My wife recently asked if it would void my warranty to install a K&N air filter. I had some good answers but I think they all assumed i wanted to replace just the OEM filter for your basic K&N filter. I want to install the Fuel-Injection Performance Kit(FIPK), this replaces the entire stock airbox. Does anyone have any info regarding warranty issues with the dealership if this part is replaced. Jeep is not being helpful with this question.
so you wanna put a cold air induction on your jeep im not to sure on the matter but if i was to guess yes they would void your warranty unless you was to just replace the air filter its self but if was my car i would puit the cold air induction on it and save the old air cleaner and if anything went wrong i would put the old one back on it before it went to the dealership for service
how difficult is it to install a k&n fipk on a 2000 blazer? how long does it take?

not hard , your basically removing the stock air cleaner and intake hose and replacing it with their stuff, probably about an hour to install
Is it hard to install a K&N FIPK for a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis?

Go to www.airaid.com and find you aplication, click on instructions and it will give you a round about time frame. PS Air aid is cheeper and just as good.
