Which athlete broke 2world records this year but is outside the top 25 in the IAAF world rankings?
This question appeared in Athletics Weekly Xmas quiz & has got me stumped. My guess is a Junior athlete or someone who is now serving a drugs ban? Justin Gatlin maybe? Help!
Tatyana Lysenko broke the WR in the hammer throw twice this year, once in June and then again in August. She is currently ranked 29th overall for women.
